Refund at the Client’s Discretion:

  • Refund by the Purchaser: We offer a full refund (100% of the amount received) if you notify us via email at info@kickstartbiz.in within 24 hours of making the purchase or payment. Any refund request submitted after 24 hours from the payment date will not be eligible for a refund, and the service fee will be deemed non-refundable.
  • Non-Provision of Required Documentation: Once an order is assigned to our network of professionals, no refund shall be issued if the client fails to provide the necessary documentation as per the applicable requirements.
  • Non-Response: If there is no response from the client to our communication via email, call, or WhatsApp for more than fifteen (15) days, the order will be considered canceled, and no refund will be processed under any circumstances.
  • Dispute with Consultant: Refund approval is subject to the consultant’s discretion. In the event of any disputes between the client and the consultant, it will be treated as a matter between those two parties, and Kickstart Business Advisors will not be held liable.
  • Acknowledgment of Applicable Requirements: By purchasing services from our website, you acknowledge that you fully understand the requirements, including any applicable fees, compliance obligations, documentation, and any other facilities or infrastructure that may be needed to obtain licenses, registrations, certifications, or approvals. You are required to provide all necessary documentation and information as requested by our network of professionals. Should you fail to furnish the required information within 15 days, the services purchased from Kickstart Business Advisors will be considered complete, and any outstanding payments will become due.
  • Costs for Professional Time and Advice: In professional services, each piece of advice and the time spent during consultations hold intrinsic value, and costs are incurred for time engagements.

Refund in the Event of Service Delivery Failure:

  • Non-Delivery Due to Regulatory Changes: If our network of professionals is unable to deliver services due to changes in regulations, and you are unable to meet the revised compliance requirements, no refund shall be issued.
  • Assignment to Other Professionals: If you have provided all necessary documents, qualifications, and facilities, and the assigned professionals either lack experience in the specific service or refuse to work on the assignment, we will attempt to reassign the service to another professional within our network. If none of the professionals can complete the service within a 30-day cooling period, you may request a refund by submitting a written request to help@kickstartbiz.in.
  • Delays Due to Regulatory Bodies: Delays caused by regulators or government departments will not be considered grounds for a refund. Any such delays are not attributed to the consultant, who is responsible for providing legal advice as needed.
  • Application Rejection by Authorities: No refund requests will be entertained if the application is rejected by authorities for reasons beyond the control of the professional. If the client chooses to re-apply after rejection, they will be required to pay 50% of the professional fees and 100% of any applicable fees or costs. Upon agreement, a new service order will be created for the professional to re-submit the application.
  • Penalties or Fees Levied by Authorities: Any penalties or fees imposed by regulatory bodies are the client’s responsibility, and neither the consultant nor Kickstart Business Advisors will be liable.
  • Compliance with Platform Terms: By purchasing services from our website, you confirm that you are not acting as an agent, intermediary, or unregistered legal professional. Kickstart Business Advisors is strictly a platform designed for businesses and individuals seeking legal services. Any orders received from unregistered professionals or those outside our network will be treated as violations of platform principles and will be canceled without any refund.
  • Refunds for Document Submission: Refund requests will not be entertained once the required documents have been shared with you via email or WhatsApp.

Refund Method:

All refunds will be processed using the original payment method used for the purchase and will not be refunded to any third party. Refunds will be processed only after receiving approval from the designated consultant, with a processing timeline of 15 to 30 working days.

Escalation Process:

Stage 1: Contact the assigned professional (CA/CS/other specialists) via email and include info@kickstartbiz.in in the cc field. This step may take up to one week for a resolution.

Stage 2: If you remain dissatisfied with the outcome from Stage 1, escalate the matter to our Nodal Officer by sending an email to info@kickstartbiz.in. This review may take up to seven (3 to 5) working days, and the Nodal Officer’s decision will be conclusive.
